The Dooby Shop School of Cosmetology Application of Enrollment Agreement  

Please complete and submit the application. Incomplete applications will not be accepted and you will have to resubmit another application. Resubmitting may delay the decision on your acceptance & enrollment

Admission Policy:

• All prospective students must complete and submit an Admissions Application.

• All applications will be reviewed and approved by the campus Admissions Representative and Administration.

• Incomplete applications will not be considered for review.

• Applications received from an applicant with a felony conviction will be further reviewed by the schools’ owner, directors staff, and campus Admissions Representative and Manager.

• Submitting an application does not guarantee admission.
  Prospective students will be notified by email of approval or denial of admission.

• Prospective student will be reached via email and/or phone.

• The Dooby Shop School of Cosmetology reserves the right to approve or deny admission based on information gathered from the Admissions Application.

• The Dooby Shop School of Cosmetology teaches all courses in English only. All prospective students MUST also complete an Entry Exam & must pass the exam with a 70% or higher.
